Residents of the City of Coeur D'Alene may purchase an annual permit which allows them to park for the first 2 hours free in lots IC01 or IC04 once per day. Residents must provide a copy of their vehicles registration, and a recent utility bill to prove their residency. No physical permit will be made. Digital permits attached to license plate.
